Synopsis
After his family is massacred by a ruthless general, young Ning Que survives in the wild, honing his wits and combat skills. He rescues a baby girl from a pile of corpses, naming her Sang Sang, and the two become inseparable. Ning Que joins the military, later traveling with Princess Li Yu to the capital. Along the way, he uncovers the secret Upper Storey school, sparking a series of extraordinary adventures. As dark forces close in, Ning Que must confront his mysterious origins and defy fate to protect Sang Sang and seek revenge.
