Synopsis
Season 4 continues Thony’s story as she transitions from being a cartel cleaner to working as a surgical intern at a community hospital. However, she remains entangled with the Sin Cara cartel, now serving as their mob doctor.
A new character, Jorge, emerges as the cartel’s brooding leader, bringing further complications to Thony’s life. Meanwhile, the FBI is closing in, following her past connections with criminal organizations.
