Synopsis

During the period of the Republic of China, an ageless legend named Chai Hu appeared in Qiandeng Town. Rumor had it that there was a dragon inside him. Journalist Wei Yutong took photos of him, which caught the attention of her father, Wei Yishan, a biologist. Wei Yishan led a team to Qiandeng Town in search of Chai Hu, only to discover that Chai Hu had become delirious. Using Chai Hu’s wife as leverage, Wei Yishan forced him to guide his team to the legendary Babai Mountain inhabited by a dragon. With danger lurking at every turn, an adventure to find the dragon began…
